BIG QUAKE (BInary Goppa QUAsi-cyclic Key Encapsulation) is a quasi-cyclic Goppa code-based public key encryption scheme (with a conversion to a Key Encapsulation Mechanism). It has been submitted to NIST call for post quantum cryptography:
